Delivery across Canada

arcteryxwild ships to all Canadian provinces and territories, including Quebec. Standard delivery is free, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing and transit

Allow 1–2 business days for order processing, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. These estimates exclude weekends and statutory holidays; remote destinations, weather and carrier disruptions can take longer.

Your delivery information

Check your address and contact details before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes once a parcel has been dispatched. Tracking information is provided when available.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

Send our support team your order number and a description of the issue. Keep packaging and photographs of visible damage when possible so we can investigate with the carrier. For return shipping, follow the prepaid instructions in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
