Refund & Exchange Policy

Request a return within 30 days

If an item does not meet your needs, contact arcteryxwild within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Give us your order number, the item and variant, and the outcome you prefer. Explain any damage, defect or incorrect item so we can help resolve it.

Prepaid return arrangements

Our store pays return shipping for both change-of-mind and quality-related returns. We will provide prepaid shipping and the correct return destination after your request. Do not mail a parcel to our business address without return instructions. Keep the item and its packaging together and pack it securely.

Exchanges and refunds

Replacement colours or sizes depend on availability. If a replacement cannot be supplied, we will discuss a refund. Once the return is received and the refund approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may then need another 5–10 business days to post it.

Help with a return

Keep proof of shipment until your return is complete. Contact us if you have not received the expected update or credit. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.
