Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Canada, including Quebec and all provinces and territories.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free, without a minimum order requirement. Allow 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 4–6 business days in transit.
How do I choose a colour or size?
Select your preferred options on the product page. The gallery shows the selected colour. Check your choices again in the cart before checkout.
What currency and payment methods are used?
Prices are in CAD. Available methods and the final total are shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We pay return shipping for both change-of-mind and quality-related returns and provide instructions before you send anything.
When is a refund issued?
We issue an approved refund within 10 business days after receiving and approving the return. Your provider may take another 5–10 business days to post it.
Can an order be changed?
Contact us promptly with your order number. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
